The Opportunity – Service Electrician

We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Service Electrician position! This position offers a progressive compensation plan that includes the following:

-Base pay appropriate given experience from $22-$40 per hour.

-Commission- Depending on your sales, you can earn anywhere from $15k-$30K in additional income.

-Kickbacks- Certain products you sell will generate a kickback to you from $50 to $250, there is no limit to these product sales, you as the technician set the limit. Technicians on average sell between 3-10 units a month generating a potential additional income of $250- $1000 a month.

-Bonuses- We love to give, here you may at time receive certain bonuses for holidays, jobs well done and for outstanding performance. This can generate an additional income of $500-$3000 a year.

As a Service Electrician, you will be the lead technician serving our clients on a variety of service calls. The critical component of this role is to trouble shoot, determine a solution and execute with a high standard of excellence. In this role you will interact primarily with our clientele, technicians and our service office team. This position is client facing and always requires team member to be presentable and professional.

Ideal Service Electrician candidates:

• Task focused and able to respond, engage and complete jobs in a timely and detailed manor

• Possess a wide variety of troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues accurately and effectively

• Skillful in utilizing mobile technology to communicate and invoice jobs daily

• Strong knowledge of NEC Electric code

• Must be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding

• Required to have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with an -insurable driving record

• Required to have a minimum of two years previous experience as a technician or in an equivalent position

• Strong attention to detail regarding attire and presence

• Keeps safety as top priority

Exceptional Service Electriciancandidates:

• Have 5 or more years of experience as a Service Technician

• Love bringing innovative solutions to light

• Have a strong sense of urgency and follow up

• Enjoy serving others and delivering a client experience
