The Opportunity – Electrician - Commercial Foreman

We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Electrical Leadman position!

As an Electrician - Comercial Foreman, you will be the support in the commercial or residential applications. The critical component of this role is to assist with timely task completion at a high level of excellence. In this role you will interact primarily with Lead Electricians and Foreman, as well as, office team members. This position is client facing and always requires team member to be presentable and professional.

• Layout, schedule, and organize material to keep job moving days in advance
• Effective communicator able to give direction, coach and develop team

• Possesses tools relevant for trade and skill level

Exceptional Candidates: Electrician COmmercial Foreman

• Have 5 or more years of experience in the electrical field
• Have 1 or more years of experience as a leader in the field
• Love bringing innovative solutions to light
• Strong sense of urgency and follow up
• Ask great questions and take initiative to grow
