As we continue to grow, we are expanding our field leadership team and seeking a strong Field Superintendent to support and oversee plumbing operations across our projects.
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and mission-aligned Field Superintendent to lead and oversee field plumbing operations.
As a Field Superintendent, you will manage plumbing crews in the field, coordinate with project managers and other trades, ensure projects stay on schedule, and uphold Kasper Electric’s standard of excellence. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise in plumbing systems.
This position is field-based and requires consistent jobsite presence.
Oversee daily plumbing operations across assigned job sites
Supervise, mentor, and develop plumbing mechanics and apprentices
Coordinate with Project Managers and other trades to maintain schedules
Ensure all plumbing work meets Florida code requirements and project specifications
Review blueprints, layouts, and job scopes to prepare crews for execution
Manage material planning and on-site logistics
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work reflects company standards
Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly and professionally
8+ years of plumbing experience in commercial and/or residential construction
3+ years of field leadership experience (Foreman or Superintendent level)
Strong understanding of Florida plumbing codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints independently
Proven ability to lead crews and complete projects with minimal oversight
Highly organized and effective with communication
Comfortable using technology for scheduling and reporting
Possess tools relevant to trade and leadership level
Keep safety as a top priority
Experience leading multiple crews across several job sites
Strong experience in both rough-in and trim phases
Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
Ability to build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
Strong problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency
Passion for mentoring and developing others
