Residential Electrician Leadman / Foreman
Kasper Electric | South Florida
Who We Are
Kasper Electric exists to honor Christ by delivering electrical excellence, building strong families, and leaving every connection better than we found it.
For over 45 years, we have proudly served South Florida, committed to improving the quality of life for the families we employ and the customers we serve. We do that by living out the LET’S GO Standard every day, on every job site.
The Opportunity
We are growing our residential team and looking for dependable, hands-on Electrician Leadmen to help lead work on high-end custom homes and remodels. For candidates with more experience running residential jobs, we are also hiring at the Foreman level.
As a Leadman, you will work closely with our Foremen to coordinate, schedule, and execute electrical work in the field. You will guide others, stay ahead of the schedule, and solve problems before they slow the job down. Our Leadmen have a clear path to Foreman, and we invest in helping you get there.
You will also represent Kasper Electric with general contractors and homeowners, so professionalism and a positive, solutions-focused attitude matter here.
