The Opportunity – Electrical Foreman (Residential)

Kasper Electric is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Foreman (Residential) to lead residential projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in interacting with Project Managers, General Contractors, electricians, and office staff to ensure project success. This position requires leadership skills to influence positively the team's outlook, attitudes, and work ethic.

Qualifications as a Electrical Foreman (Residential):
- Task-focused individual with the ability to lead and drive success on job sites.
- Proficient in troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with electricians and general contractors.
- Strong knowledge of NEC Electric code.
- Capable of lifting 75lbs, climbing ladders and scaffolding.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurable driving record.
- Minimum of two years of experience running work of comparable size.
- Attention to detail in material management and project hours.
- Emphasis on prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities as an Electrical Foreman (Residential):
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians on residential projects.
- Map out project plans and execute with high standards of excellence.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, electricians, and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to NEC Electric code and safety protocols.
- Manage materials and project hours meticulously.
- Uphold a positive work environment, influencing attitudes and work ethic positively.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.

Exceptional Candidates for the Electrical Foreman (Residential) position:
- Five or more years of experience running work on a comparable or larger scale.
- Ability to plan, implement, and achieve project goals within timelines.
