The Opportunity – Electrician Commercial Foreman

We are seeking an engaging, detail-oriented team member for the Electrician Commercial Foreman position.

As an Electrician Commercial Foreman, you will play a key role in leading commercial electrical projects. Your responsibilities include managing job sites, coordinating with team members, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and at a high level of excellence. In this role, you will interact with Lead Electricians, Foremen, and office team members, while also maintaining professionalism in client-facing situations.

• Enjoy serving and educating others
• Can run jobs up to 1,200 hours
• Plan layouts, schedule tasks, and organize materials to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Communicate effectively, providing direction and coaching team members
• Track progress and assign work accordingly
• Utilize technology for scheduling and coordination
• Prioritize safety as the top concern
• Possess relevant electrical trade tools and skills

Exceptional Candidates – Electrician Commercial Foreman

• Have five or more years of experience in the electrical field
• Have one or more years of leadership experience in the field
• Bring innovative solutions to improve efficiency
• Demonstrate strong urgency and follow-up skills
• Ask great questions and take initiative for professional growth

Electrician Commercial Foreman – Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $30-$38 per hour
