Customer Service Representative – Job Summary:

GrowNScale is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our construction operations, ensuring clear communication between clients, field teams, and internal departments.

As the first point of contact for incoming calls and job coordination, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth, professional experience. If you enjoy supporting a fast-paced environment, thrive on clear communication, and love helping others succeed, this role is for you.


Customer Service Representative – Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, field staff, and internal teams

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and positivity

  • Schedule field staff using digital tools and ensure details are clearly communicated

  • Maintain accurate records of job details, timelines, and follow-ups

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication

  • Assist leadership with admin tasks including data entry, document processing, and tracking

  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows


Ideal Customer Service Representative Candidates:

  • Are service-minded with a proactive attitude

  • Have strong organizational and communication skills

  • Are comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and coordination

  • Enjoy working across teams, especially between the office and the field

  • Value clear documentation and follow-through


Exceptional Customer Service Representative Candidates:

  • Have 3+ years in a customer service or administrative role

  • Understand the construction industry, particularly permitting and inspections.

  • Are familiar with construction workflows and vendor/contractor communication

  • Have handled data entry for receivables/payables or similar processes

  • Are known for staying on top of deadlines and maintaining strong communication

  • Experience using ServiceTitan platform or similar CRM


Customer Service Representative – Job Details:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-person
