Commercial Electrical Superintendent

About the Opportunity:
GrowNScale is hiring a skilled Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across a range of commercial electrical projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role focused on managing crews, driving production, and ensuring jobsite safety and quality.

Commercial Electrical Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all on-site electrical work for commercial projects
• Coordinate crew scheduling, material handling, and inspections
• Enforce safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with project managers, GCs, and inspectors
• Track field productivity and project milestones
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen

Commercial Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:
• 5+ years of commercial electrical field experience
• 2+ years in a foreman or superintendent role
• Strong knowledge of NEC and jobsite workflow
• Ability to lead crews and maintain momentum on the job
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Work Territory: Broward County through Indian River County

Commercial Electrical SuperintendentSalary and Benefits:
• $70,000 – $100,000 base salary
